Job Description


Within our SEA Team, you will be responsible for daily improvements of our B2C platforms. A smooth customer experience in our Web Store, as well as on our connected platforms. Execution and support of Sales promotions and marketing campaigns in different countries with multi currencies, reporting and fixing of bugs, run analysis and find the hidden gems in our back catalogue. If you understand and like the basics of ecommerce and engagement, this is the way to kickstart your career at Ubisoft.

You will be part of a multi-national Team, based in Singapore, Taipei and Hong Kong, reporting to the Senior Digital Sales Manager in Singapore.


Ubisoft Store (Ubisoft Connect & WEB):

  • QA checks for product releases, links, pricing, localization integration, product pages, listing categories and weekly promotions

  • (Coordinate) Localization for various languages; Traditional Chinese, Thai and English

Optimize our Sales / Marketing Process:

  • Support the long-term growth of our channel and sales strategy by coming up with sales promotions and marketing activities

  • Stakeholder and partner management with local teams, HQ, IT teams and partners

Run our marketplace Shops:

  • Daily operation of our Ubisoft Marketplace Shops


  • Campaign / Sales analysis to improve future campaigns and spot new opportunities

  • Search, report and / or fix issues in our digital storefronts

  • Find new business opportunities / partnerships

  • Manage various digital platforms (web and app)

  • Support all sorts of marketing initiatives, including asset creation / coordination, for owned, earned and paid media



  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Marketing / E-commerce or Operations role (preferred but not required)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other similar CMS systems (preferred but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Driven, eager to learn and create

  • Analytical mindset

  • Affinity with Gaming Industry, IT, Tech and Marketing

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

  • Good / excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • (Basic) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a big plus

  • This role may involved speaking with Thai speaking people

  • For this role we expect you to be eligible to work in Singapore
