Job Description

As a team assistant, you will be a key role in assisting Marketing & Communication team with administration and coordination work in SHA studio. You will use your strong organizational and teamwork skills, including your passionate for planning, to deliver the effective administration work of the whole team.

What You Will Do

  • Asset management for the team: physical like goodies stock, shooting equipment, event props; digital like vendor information, venue recommendation, latest tech.
  • Project management file follow-up: annual project roadmap to be updated on bi-weekly basis, project data registration (video views, live streaming result, CC & media content result…) .
  • Internal process follow-up & execution: contract, purchase, budget sheet update
  • Daily reporting of task status, track schedule.
  • Arrange meetings, take meeting minutes.
  • Cross department communication routine establishment: create brief template for teams who request support, provide workload estimation…

Carry out necessary administrative duties as required

Qualifications

What you should be equipped with:

  • Good experiences in schedule planning, expense management and asset/goody management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good written and oral English .
  • Clear logic, strong organizational and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility.
  • Passionate about work, action oriented and detail oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work with cross functional partners.
  • Willing to learn new concepts, knowledge, and processes.
