Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is looking for a Brand Manager to champion the brand management and marketing of all our games by working closely with our production teams of both live and new projects. They are the sole owner of marketing, communication, user acquisition & branding to ensure the players are reached and engaged with our games. The Brand Manager will ensure all brand positionings are understood by all stakeholders, (internal & external).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately position games in the marketplace
  • Actively monitor competition activity and provide relevant reports & analysis (competitor, risk etc.)
  • Define, qualify & quantify the game target
  • Manage marketing budget & campaigns (ensuring all approvals are sought & obtained)
  • Master brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all deliveries (graphic & more)
  • Work with marketing artist(s) to create assets relevant to his missions, provided to operational marketing, PR and other internal & external groups
  • Liaise with the Ubisoft headquarters marketing teams to evangelize the games & optimize the support they have to offer
  • Be the relay of brand DNA & brand guidelines to the development team to ensure game fits with overall brand strategy as defined
  • Be able to handle a mobile gaming project from concept to post-launch
  • Coordinate with license owners on all marketing & legal topics
  • Work closely with CRM manager to convey brand identity to our audience (visual + copy) & gather relevant feedback
  • Responsible for promoting the game to third parties for promotional purposes
  • Coordinate user acquisition campaigns (asset creation & optimization, reporting, budget allocation & optimization, ensure ROI is matched)
  • Work closely with design & live operations team to influence exciting content updates for our targets

Key Skills:

  • Marketing experience within mobile gaming
  • Experience with user acquisition in the mobile segment
  • Ideally, having shipped one game successfully on the Appstore’s
  • Demonstrate ability to run effective marketing campaign
  • Budget management
  • Copywriting
  • Excellent at Office suite
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of hands on experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
