As an Associate Producer, you’ll thrive on facilitating the production on multiple project features and activities of the development team while implementing new processes and workable methods.

As our next Associate Producer, using tools and methods such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum you’ll be guiding various teams and taking responsibility for delivery of multiple features on core areas of the project comprising of around 30 developers. Reporting to the Senior Associate and Producer you’ll be facilitating teams and getting games made!
We want you to be influential within the project both with your teams and with Co-Dev Studios handling any issues and risks that arise.
What you bring…….
Experience in Project Management and the ability to work with production plans and stick to Roadmaps.
Organisational skills and a good initiative while working with cross-function teams.
Ability to adopt and communicate effectively using different styles as the situation calls for.
