Job Title: Associate Producer (Pune)

**Note**: Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings

Job Description

Position’s objectives

As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for leading responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, while collaborating with other Ubisoft studios worldwide.

You will use your experience and proven track record to achieve the production objectives and to ensure that the team members remain inspired, committed and highly motivated to deliver a benchmark AAA project.

Your mission if you choose to accept it:

  • Support the day-to-day management of production and project management with team members.
  • Mediate cross-discipline situations and have focus on delivery within the team and the project.
  • Provide reports on tasks and issues relating to project management and the project, both within the team and the studio.
  • Collaborate with leads to plan, prioritize tasks, execute, and track milestones effectively
  • Aaccountable for resolving issues/blockers
  • Be involved with team activities to ensure a positive team morale.
  • Communicate with the Producer daily to ensure accurate, up to date information is provided.
  • Act as a Scrum Master - facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily standup meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews, and organize Scrum teams.
  • Assist in the development of schedules that translate project goals into action.
  • Monitor same schedule, budget, resources, and deadlines.
  • Assist team in adhering to project schedule and budgets.

Qualifications & Eligibility criteria

  • Proven experience as a producer or as a project manager
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with production tools (Eg: JIRA, Confluence)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Knowledge of software development using Scrum and proper Scrum practices.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills.
  • Must be responsible, proactive, accountable, and personable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and able to solve problems.
  • PLUS: Good understanding of the industry and video game culture
