JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Community Engagement department, you will support your team in their efforts of coordination of content production, publishing, and performance analysis. Reporting to a Community Engagement Manager and in collaboration with our Community teams based in studios across the world, you will work on several brands of our portfolio to help them resonate through our different channels in social media, web, CRM, etc.

Your main missions will be the following:

Planning:

  • Participation in the design and conception of the different content plans.
  • Help in creating strategic presentations for internal meetings.

Project Management:

  • Coordination with different teams across the organization for the implementation of the content plans.
  • Coordination of the global content calendars.

Asset production:

  • Liaison between agencies, freelancers and internal content production teams.
  • Follow up of the production of the different assets.
  • Ensure delivery of assets on time and on budget.

Performance analysis:

  • Ensure internal visibility on the team’s efforts and the brand’s performance.
  • Provide support for the data analysis of our performance.
  • Work on competitive benchmarks.

Research and sharing of best practices:

  • Look for best practices in the Entertainment industry on Social Media and Content Creation topcis.
  • Gather insights to share with the Community Development teams and to implement in the Community Engagement team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Being a student with a strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Communication. You want to put your digital knowledge into practice while developing project management skills,
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written communication skills),
  • You have a good culture of the world of video games and a real interest in this market,
  • Autonomous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and feel comfortable in coordination roles,
  • Nice to have: first experience in Social Media,
