Summary of Job:

Manage Human Resources for the company, including Taxes, Filings, Policies, and Compliance. Manage Financing and Accounting of Partners and Invoicing of Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new Employees/Contractors to Payroll Software
  • Run Payroll Semi-Monthly and Monthly
  • Create Policies for Employees/Contractors that are in compliance with local/state/federal requirements
  • Register company with each state for tax filing purposes, including using own address for Registered Agent purposes
  • Onboard Clients and Partners to Quickbooks using W-9s and Company information
  • Invoice Clients on a per gig basis
  • Accounting tracking for client payments and Partner payouts
  • Provide guidance to team supervisors as necessary in regards to employee/contractor discipline/policies
  • Communicate with team in regards to new policies
  • Manage Health Insurance as well as yearly renewal and deductions from employees
