The Role:

  • The ideal Talent Manager is a motivated individual, that is able to think on their feet, and excels in a fast-paced environment working alongside a rapidly expanding team.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years of experience working directly with talent and influencers through a variety of different projects.
  • Additionally, candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients.
  • Candidates must be comfortable being the main point of contact for numerous clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times.
  • Finally, your experience in the industry has created a network of colleagues, mutual connections, and opportunities you can utilize in any role. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of talent management experience through an agency, brand, or similar company.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Scout and Evaluate Talent
  • Sign and Pitch Prospective Clients
  • Develop and Implement new processes for client well-being
  • Be a Champion for their direct clients and their needs.
