Do you have a passion for the talent management or the gaming/esports industry? We are looking for a rockstar talent coordinator to join our talent management team to find the next big influencers. If diving deep into the world of YouTube, digital entertainment, gaming, esports, and TikTok seems interesting to you, we want you at TXG!

The role will be focused on finding new creators to bring into our networks using internal and external tools as well as your own personal tastemaking. Your day will be spent vetting leads for the talent management team, and assisting in managing the day to day for our creators.

Responsibilities

  • Finding, sorting, and distributing potential leads to talent managers in a quick and efficient manner
  • Staying up to date with YouTube/Twitch/TikTok and other social media trends
  • Updating and maintaining the various grids for the talent managers
  • Keeping in close communication with talent, and learning how to best define and showcase our services
  • Helping to manage the day to day for some of our creators
  • Helping to execute brand campaigns and activations for our creators

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and interest in YouTube and social media
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Experience working successfully in groups
  • Desire to be in sales and work with talent
  • Be a self-starter with a strong desire to win and to grow personally and professionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized
