Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing company staff
  • Onboarding of new incoming employees
  • Recruit locally and globally for our own needs and that of our clients
  • Supervise training of staff e.g. juniors
  • Assist in the planning of staff structures
  • Coordinate schedules, calendars, holidays
  • Support career development of the staff
