Responsibilities:
- Manage existing company staff
- Onboarding of new incoming employees
- Recruit locally and globally for our own needs and that of our clients
- Supervise training of staff e.g. juniors
- Assist in the planning of staff structures
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, holidays
- Support career development of the staff
