  • Background with media measurement tools and methodology from Brand Lift to Attribution
  • Experience with statistical analysis and experience in survey design & analysis
  • Strong project and time management skills with experience partnering with teams from across the business
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Twitch Properties Insights & Measurement Manager to help scale our growing sponsorships business by using data-driven insights to support Twitch Properties partnerships. The Manager will be responsible for generating and leveraging insights based on Twitch’s unique data to support the strategy behind Properties sponsorships such as Twitch Rivals, Twitch esports, Twitch Music and more. They will also develop the strategy, create process & execute advertiser measurement of Twitch Properties partnerships. The Manager is a trusted advisor to advertising agency and client senior leaders and will work closely with these partners to set business objectives, define success metrics and generate delivery roadmaps. We are looking for someone who can develop impactful insights & measurement solutions to help the Twitch Properties team retain and grow business.

You Will:

  • Use Twitch’s data, your extensive experience and your knowledge of our partners’ business to promote and measure the success of Twitch Properties partnerships
  • Be a champion of data driven decision making and teach partners to act on recommendations based on this approach.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team to create streamlined tracking and reporting for client campaigns
  • Create and execute against 1st and 3rd Party industry-specific measurement strategies for Twitch Properties
  • Present measurement results to clients in partnership with Sales and Client Success teams and establish insights and best practices for accounts and verticals
  • Share findings and insights in a consultative way to partners and relevant internal teams in order to set the direction of marketing investment priorities.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to create training materials and track compliance of measurement processes among key Twitch Properties team members
  • Lead measurement vendor relationships for Twitch Insights & Measurement
  • Experience delivering client facing reports and presenting strategic recommendations that drive change
  • Experience with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies
  • Experience working with sponsorships & partnerships Sales teams
