About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Twitch Insights Manager to develop impactful insights solutions that help scale our growing advertiser sales business across the Twitch LATAM region. The Manager will play an important role in the growth of our ad sales business through the development of research-backed narratives for client conversations and proprietary pieces. The Manager will partner with relevant account teams to identify client challenges and focus areas, with the goal of creating client value, maximizing revenue and partnership growth. They will establish best practices for the LATAM markets by leveraging your extensive knowledge of the advertising industry and partnering with US & International Insights Managers. They will also serve as the voice for Twitch Insights & Measurement in the LATAM markets in the marketplace and in the press.

You Will

  • Use Twitch’s 1P and 3P data and your understanding of our advertising customers businesses provide guidance to senior marketing leaders via daily client requests, business reviews and frequent presentations to regularly iterate on and articulate a brands strategy
  • Deliver regular and bespoke analyses and insights for some of the worlds largest advertisers to drive growth across advertiser KPIs and help them grow their businesses
  • Create competitive advantages for Twitch by delivering insights that help define strategy for go-to market pitches that demonstrate the power of the Twitch community
  • Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solution
  • Understand the competitive landscape, advertising trends, and client needs for advertising with an eye toward translating this business intelligence into specific research findings that can be actioned.
  • Lead measurement vendor relationships for Twitch Insights & Measurement in LATAM

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years’ experience in client-facing insights & measurement roles
  • Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent data driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals.
  • Complete understanding of the end-to-end process of marketing campaign development and execution
  • Knowledge base of syndicated measurement as it pertains to the advertising industry (Comscore, Kantar Millward Brown, etc)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and experience in survey design & analysis
  • Strong project and time management skills with experience partnering with teams from across the business
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a complex work environment, focusing on high-value activities
  • Spanish language proficiency - speaks and writes Spanish
  • Brazilian Portuguese proficiency a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering client facing reports and presenting strategic recommendations that drive change
  • Experience with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies
  • Experience working with Sales teams
  • Proficiency with SQL - ability to write basic queries from scratch and modify complex queries
