About The Role
We are looking for passionate software engineers who are excited to solve challenging trust and safety problems. As a software engineer on Twitch’s Trust & Safety product team, you will build features for our customers such as channel bans and moderator dashboards that ensure our users have positive , safe experiences on Twitch - we believe that everyone is entitled to thrive on our platform.

You Will
- Embrace and champion engineering best practices within your group and Twitch
- Produce clean, high-quality code, tests, and well written documentation
- Work with product managers, designers, and other collaborators to build great experiences
- Partner with fellow engineering teams to accomplish complex projects together
You Have:
- BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience
- Experience of Software development in at least one the general purpose programming languages: C/C++, Go, Python and Java
- Desire and ability writing production quality code
Bonus Points
- Familiarity in the AWS ecosystem of services (EC2, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda , CloudWatch )
- Proficiency in frontend or full stack development
- Fluency in data structures, algorithms, data modeling, and schema design
- Experience working in small startup environments
