About the Role
As Senior Programming Strategist, you will focus on strategies and evangelization to support creator communities on Twitch. You will report to the Senior Director of Content Programming on the Content Team.
This position can be located in Toronto, CANADA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT.
You Will:
- Identify new creators and content trends that epitomize strong live, interactive entertainment
- Transform strategy and analysis into creative action and best practices for creators
- Partner with global and cross-functional teams to make new creator communities successful
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in a media or technology organization working directly with high-profile talent and UGC creators
- 10+ years of experience sourcing and researching social media talent for creative and growth potential
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Product, Marketing and Content teams to foster a successful creator economy
- A creative vision for the future of live video having experimented with emerging and innovative formats and content types

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $148,500 - $181,500 yr and in New York City is $163,350 - $199,650 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
