About the Role:

Twitch is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to support our hypergrowth ad sales business. This role will collaborate closely with product, sales, sales marketing, pricing, client success, ad operations, and other cross functional teams to drive how we bring new ad products to market and support existing ones at Twitch. The ideal candidate is a highly attentive and effective communicator (both written and verbal) with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to launch. You’ll support both our Twitch & Amazon Advertising sales team and rely on your in-depth knowledge of digital advertising solutions to shape how we train, educate, and enable sales teams on our latest ad product offerings. This role reports to the Manager of Product Operations and will support in-market commercialization, customer product needs assessments, and customer feedback to promote production adoption among Amazon and Twitch customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Define the operational workflows and guardrails that our sales and sales support teams will need to effectively operate and sell at scale.
    Support our existing ad product portfolio and serve as the Product Owner updating any documentation, collateral, and trainings as necessary.
  • Support go-to-market strategy for mass solution adoption and summarize vast amounts of information into succinct product documentation.
    Partner with Product Sales and Sales Enablement to identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans for our sales and customer support teams
  • Own product launch readiness to ensure that sales and sales support teams are provided with the information and processes required to support new ad products
  • Liaise with sales and sales support teams to surface best practices and process improvements
  • Operate as the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal teams to influence and help shape the advertiser solutions product roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or an operational role where you worked closely with product teams
  • Familiarity with digital advertising products and ad serving technologies.
  • Strong project management experience. You have a solid track record of multi-tasking and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to react professionally under pressure
    Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales enablement experience with crafting both strategy and content.
  • Previous experience at a startup or high growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity whilst owning strategic initiatives on both an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
