The Senior Manager for Partnerships Operations in EMEA will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing first and third party events in Europe from a Partnerships perspective, including but not limited to Twitch Rivals and TwitchCon Europe. This position will work cross-departmentally within the EMEA Partnerships team to develop and execute strategic content initiatives across all applicable EMEA regions.
This position will, in addition, manage key relationships with partnered esports accounts such as tournament operators and teams. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer service mentality, a passion for gaming and the ability to execute under evolving timelines.


  • Create, manage, align, and execute local strategic initiatives and content projects in EMEA together with the regional stakeholders
  • Ensure inter-functional coordination and alignment on goals & execution
  • Execute, coordinate and manage First Party and Third Party events (such as Rivals and TwitchCon Europe) in EMEA from Partnerships point-of-view.
  • Manage and develop existing relationship with esports tournament organizers and esports teams in EMEA
  • Supervise, develop, and lead a team
  • Track, manage, and report key performance metrics, objectives, and goals
  • Regularly report to senior management
  • Business development, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, PR, Sales, and Content teams


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with Twitch as a user and broadcaster
  • Fluency in English
  • Have an existing and strong network in the esports industry or gaming Industry
  • Need to be able to attend gaming conventions with more than 30 days of travelling a year
  • Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
  • Experience with executing marketing activities such as on-site marketing & online marketing
  • Must be organized, strategic, creative, and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organizational goals
  • Self-starter mentality - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
  • Goal oriented: focused on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals
  • Interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport, and relating to others at all levels
  • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment

  • Written and verbal fluency in one (or more) other language(s): German and/or French preferred
  • Previous employment at a games industry company or as a content creator
  • Experience with using a CRM
