As a Senior Manager on the Twitch Campaigns team, you’ll play a critical role in the greater Twitch Go-to-Market (GTM) process as a lead for Twitch marketing campaigns. This role will focus primarily on creator marketing campaigns that promote new content on Twitch, but will touch other cross-functional campaigns such as internal game launches, externally developed games that utilize Twitch, creator marketing programs, and event communications platforms. You will work cross-functionally with team members from Content, Brand Strategy, Partnerships, Business Development, Amazon Game Studios, Twitch Prime, Creative, Data Science/Business Intelligence, and Growth to build and execute campaigns. Success in this role means being able to drive end-to-end strategy and execution across many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This will also require understanding the needs of creators and viewers, innovative, effective campaign design, and an understanding of measurable brand and communications metric improvements.


  • Drive best in class marketing campaigns for large, cross-functional programs
  • Lead large matrix/project based teams and ensure tactics ladder up to broader strategic goals
  • Create strategic go-to-market docs for broad and diverse campaigns from internal and external groups
  • Manage all assets for both large and small campaigns
  • Create an integrated marketing road map for Content launches, covering releases, launches and continued engagement
  • Understand and integrate consumer insights into GTM efforts to drive a more focused result[KJ4]
  • Partner with Product Managers, Cross Functional Marketing teams, and Business Intelligence to plan and execute full funnel marketing campaigns
  • Communicate the value proposition of new campaigns to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective campaigns are created, executed and measured
  • Track, report, and optimize key campaign metrics and marketing channel attribution related to business impact, utilization, throughput, effort, quality and risk
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Twitch ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic audience segmentation and positioning


  • Capable of defining strategy for content marketing campaigns
  • Successful track record of creating best in class marketing campaigns against diverse audience segments
  • Must be exceptionally detailed and able to work with large project based teams
  • Ability to creatively ideate campaigns that will drive key, measureable results
  • Ability to see problems and drive a market-based, communications solutions
  • Ability to synthesize campaign performance into digestible and action-oriented status updates for cross functional marketing, development and executive leadership teams
  • Must be uber-collaborative, and able to work with a variety of internal and external teams in service of a goal
  • Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in new situations in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, cross-functional leader
  • Passion and vision for supporting streamers and the Twitch community
