About The Role
The Strategic Program Manager of Sponsorship Operations will work alongside the Director of Sponsorship Strategy to execute the day-to-day operations of the Twitch Properties sponsorship portfolio. This includes development and fulfillment of sponsorship programs for owned-and-operated properties and third-party properties represented by Twitch in the marketplace.
You Will
- Work alongside the Director of Sponsorship Strategy to create dynamic, multi-faceted marketing programs for prospective partners to drive sponsorship sales revenue
- Develops and creates sales presentations and sales collateral in partnership with EMEA sponsorship sales lead for the purpose of revenue generation
- Build custom solutions and oversee sponsorships across the sales cycle, focusing specifically on both pre- and post-sales support
- Participate in status meetings regularly with clients and the internal team to ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders throughout the partnership
- Proactively and consistently engage with partners to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
- Proactively identify upsell and added value opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate the execution of all elements of assigned partner contracts alongside client success team
- Work with third-party properties to ensure duties in support of sponsorship fulfillment
- Assist with identifying and tracking third-party sponsorship inventory
- Assist with developing co-branded sponsorship packages with third-party property partners to meet prospective partners’ marketing objectives
- Assist with the creation of new inventory ideas and activation concepts
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, both internal and external
- Keep stakeholders apprised of all key issues, providing updated and relevant data throughout campaign process
Basic Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in the EU market, with related roles in sports/esports operations
- Embraces and thrives on ambiguity
- Exceptional ability to project manage, think backwards, and plan for results
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the company
- Excellent verbal, written, and relationship management skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, and nimble
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience in an account executive role (or higher) at a sponsorship/experiential agency
- A passion for gaming and esports
