About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Twitch's Monetization and Strategy Operations team. The Program Manager will support Monetization (Twitch Advertising and Commerce) and other functional leads to plan and prioritize complex deliverables on projects that span across multiple product, data and operational teams.
You will scope and create project plans, develop and refine processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate with senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and an ability to present to the executive team are necessary.
You Will:
- Work independently with multiple teams to manage difficult, cross-functional projects (from inception to completion) ranging from research and strategic analysis to business reporting, delivering quality results
- Partner with stakeholders and managers to identify priorities, secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet business goals
- Keep the scope of effort under control and accelerate progress, or operational efficiencies by driving crisp decisions, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating
- Apply project-management best practices to improve our processes and metrics
- Assign individual responsibilities, develop appropriate milestones and launch schedules to ensure successful delivery of a project
- Own project status communication and impart clear summaries for the projects you own to leadership, including important insights and recommendations
- Develop good working relationships with stakeholders, managers, and peers across the entire organization and understand the priorities and current status of other teams' work
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Experience leading projects across multiple teams

- Established track record in project management including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and delivering reliable results
- Strong analytic skills, as well as an ability to balance strategy and program management
- Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions
