About The Role

Twitch Advertising is growing in size and scope as we add new team members and launch new native ad products. We are opening a position that will work closely with product, engineering, content partnerships, safety operations, and go to market teams to support the moderation of branded content related to new native ad products. The New Product Operations group is a newly formed team that will work flexibly between pre and post sales functions to help launch new ad products, collaborate on development of go to market materials, establish and iterate on moderation and operational processes, support live campaigns with real revenue associated with them, and advise on long term scalable workflows as we fold new ad products into our existing processes. Candidates must be able to effectively collaborate cross functionally and be comfortable performing in fast moving, high pressure, and often ambiguous conditions. To be successful, you’ll prioritize your tasks independently to meet goals, communicate with internal and external customers clearly and in a concise manner, and use your judgement to handle subjective decisions.

You Will

  • Be the subject matter expert for branded content moderation for ad products under management (“new ad products”)
  • Own the content moderation process end to end, including content moderation and clip creation
  • Onboard new creators to programs and services based on established criteria
  • Provide highest level of customer service to internal and external clients on pre-sale and post-sale activities for new ad products, specifically focused on moderation
  • Work cross-functionally to build effective, efficient processes and workflows utilizing existing systems (ex. Aegis, APIs, etc)
  • Execute alpha/beta tests for new ad products and apply learnings to the moderation workflow going forward
  • Liaise with other departments at Twitch, like Safety Operations and Engineering
  • Revisit existing processes and workflows to make improvements

You Have:

  • 2 years in digital media experience, ideally in management of digital advertising campaigns, customer service, or similar fast paced technical or digital environments
  • Experience with cross functional projects and/or programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams
  • Works well in a team oriented, high-energy environment with minimal supervision
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Highly self-motivated and close attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
