About the Role

As a Market Director you will develop on the vision, strategy and daily tactics that are employed by Twitch to support in the growth of their business in the market. You will work with Marketing and BD leads for APAC , and you will report to the SVP for APAC

We are excited by you that thinks big and is comfortable operating across functional lines to identify and assist on new growth opportunities through product, engineering, legal and marketing. We also look for someone with experience understanding and supporting complex deals and managing C-Level relationships

You Will:

  • Evaluate and explore strategic partnership opportunities for Twitch, with major (1) Game Developers/Publishers (2) B2B partners (3) Potential Distribution Partners
  • Screen potential deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, financial effects and internal priorities.
  • Manage C-Level relationships with most strategic partners in the region.
  • Oversee execution of each opportunity through close collaboration with all parties
  • Ensure understanding of all Twitch teams' products and recommend go-to market strategies
  • Identify local market trends and combine observations into applicable execution plans.

You Have:

  • Top academic background: MBA degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience in BD, Corporate Development or Management Consulting
  • Experience in a business development capacity within the media/technology/gaming industry
  • Success in structuring complex deals and negotiating with C-Level partners.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with knowledge of online business models (and passion for gaming).
  • Worked within an entrepreneurial environment (can-do attitude).
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision.
