About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales data and analytics manager to support the Twitch international sales teams in EMEA and APAC. This role will lead our international efforts to turn our 1P analytics data and 3P data sources into valuable insights for our sales leaders and clients. You will design and develop reports and dashboards, analyse campaign performance and conduct both responsive and proactive ad-hoc analysis to support sales efforts and provide additional insights and value for our partners.

You Will:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable data extraction, reporting, analysis, and quality control
  • Drive the importance of data governance, investigate viewer behaviours, and deliver ad-hoc analysis
  • Proactively engage stakeholders in constructive dialogues to simplify ambiguous business problems into logic problems that can be solved with data, automation, statistics, and scripting
  • Dive deep into the data and design experiments to understand viewer behaviours and brand perceptions.
  • Based on historical data, impact business strategies by defining core metrics, constructing norms, and forecast future performance
  • Work with sales, product, and marketing to influence and inform advertising and sales decisions.
  • Regularly explain complex ideas and methods to non-technical stakeholders
  • Build a body of knowledge on Twitch, media, technology, and data strategy with the objective of driving advertising sales
  • Experience with R or Python
  • Have a passion for sourcing, manipulating, and visualizing data to tell business stories
  • Knowledge of advertising measurement industry, such as attribution, data collection, targeting and privacy
  • Experience working with ad ops teams, digital campaign set up, tagging and data integrations
  • Knowledge of syndicated measurement and insight tools and providers as it pertains to the advertising industry (Comscore, Nielsen, Macromill, Roy Morgan, Kantar etc)
  • Experience with analysing advertising campaign performance data
  • Experience working with Sales teams
