About the Position
The Executive Recruiting Coordinator (RC) position is a high visibility role, working with top-level executives from around the globe to coordinate their interviews with Twitch. RCs on our team manage the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Our RCs are the candidate's primary POC for information throughout the interviewing process. Candidate experience is essential at Twitch, and the Executive Recruiting Coordinator (RC) has an immediate impact on the experience of our executive candidates. This position can also be located in either San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsibilities
- Schedule on-site interviews and coordinating with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leadership
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through high touch follow up, high-quality work, and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
- Coordinate complex scheduling requests including domestic and international interviews, pre-interviews syncs, hiring debriefs and intake meetings
- Enter and track candidate information in Twitch and Amazon databases (Greenhouse, Hire, iCIMS) and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
- Complex calendar management and scheduling of all meetings
- Manage multiple action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate action on deliverables
- Work on other side projects related to Recruiting
Requirements
- Have 1 or more years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a coordinator role
- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional service firm
- Experience scheduling Executives or scheduling for Executive roles
- Experience scheduling for domestic and international time zones
- Experience with Google Apps and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Hire.com, iCIMS
- Experience maintaining HR or ATS systems
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
