About the Role
You will report to the Head of Product Management, and discover new areas to fuel Amazon IVS growth through partnerships.. You will own the Amazon IVS partnership strategy and work closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, APN Partner Management, and sales teams to develop solutions that will reduce friction for our sellers and deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers. You demonstrate a passion and vision for partnerships and exhibit trategic thinking skills. You thrive in ambiguous environments and you focus on delivering impact. You will work in San Francisco, but we will also consider other locations: Seattle (WA), Salt Lake City (UT), or US-Virtual.
You Will:
- Build global strategy to drive business growth through partners with end-to-end ownership from product/initiative ideation to goal attainment
- Understand market needs, product priorities, and partner capabilities
- Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives and design experiments leveraging partners to validate hypotheses
- Identify innovative solutions in the market through expertise on partners' capabilities
- Own the overall relationship with your portfolio of product partnerships - including integration partners, ISVs, Technology partners and API partners
- Own the relationships and product integration relationships with internal partner stakeholders including other AWS services
- Develop and implement strategies, tactics that increase product partner adoption, engagement and growth at scale across Amazon IVS customers
- Develop frameworks, processes and metrics for scaling partnerships over time and track partnership health in collaboration with BD teams and AWS APN partner teams
- Be the point of contact for BD and Sales team for partner engagements, partner integrations and strategic partner deals
- Collaborate with strategic partners and be the product expert and liaise discussions for improvements and new ideas with the Product teams
You Have:
- 10+ years in business development, sales, partner strategy, partner management or equivalent
- Bachelors in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several teams
- Experience working through shifting priorities and learning quickly, while maintaining organization and control
- Experience working with product development teams
- Demonstrated track record of senior leaders and executives to improve business decisions

The pay range for this position in Colorado and Connecticut is $ 120,000 - 160,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act and CT House Bill Number 6380. Base pay information is based on market location.
