About the Role:
We are looking for a collaborative and client-focused Director, Client Strategy (Senior Sales Executive) with experience selling media in the video space. This strategic seller will work with the Twitch Midwest team to exceed sales goals. The Director, Client Strategy will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides excellent advertising solutions to our clients. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role.
You Will:
- Represent Twitch and act as an expert to our clients and agencies
- Build ad revenue through client and agency relationships to exceed goals
Work with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and create ad sales solutions - Prospect for new business and accounts
- Focus on initiating and developing relationships with agencies within the Chicago and greater Midwest market
- Manage advertiser pipeline to exceed quarterly goals
- Secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list
- Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams at Twitch to uncover best practices and opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a successful roster of clients
- Ability to build new customer relationships
- Experience pitching to and closing C level client relationships
- 4+ years of media sales experience
- Brand representation and/or video sales experience
