About the Role

The mission of the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage on Twitch. We're looking for a Creative Operations Lead to join our award-winning commercial studio with the role based in New York. Reporting to the Global Head of the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio you will implement, manage, improve and design operational global systems and processes across the creative, production and activation functions to achieve operational and creative excellence. A core focus will promote efficient use of assets and resources to achieve delivery of essential performance metrics, ensure minimal duplication of effort and maximize efficiencies.

You Will:

  • You will work across all departments that work with the Brand Partnership Studio to establish efficient and integrated workflows. You will standardize processes and establish correct procedure to achieve global consistency
  • You will track, manage, report and act as an escalation point for creative resourcing to ensure the Creative, Production and Activation teams are supported correctly and ensure we are optimized to achieve best quality creative service and performance.
  • You will monitor and report on performance of all creative work produced by BPS globally to provide a deeper level of strategic insight and best practice recommendations to the wider BPS team and cross-functional partners
  • You will lead the roll out of BPS processes and reporting in all new Twitch markets globally
  • You will build and maintain all creative resources to support the BPS team and and ensure effective and continuous communication to all cross-functional partners
  • You will operationally lead globally coordinated programs and other high profile BPS projects

You Have:

  • You will have 10 or more years of commercial experience working on a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand or platform.
  • You will have a track record promoting environments of collaboration and accountability across cross‑functional departments.
  • You will understand video and analytics to improve content that inspires increased viewership, subscribers, and engagement
  • You will have a portfolio that showcases: working with creative, production and activation teams in Award-winning campaign concepts; experience across varied media and technologies; Multi-sector campaign experience including gaming, FMCG and Entertainment.
  • You will be familiar with the RFP process, analyzing briefs, ideating and providing commercially attractive responses.
  • You will have experience in data modeling and analysis and the ability to use this to make sound decisions and create compelling narratives
  • You will understand Twitch, the Influencer space, branded content and the digital advertising landscape.
