About the Role

The Audience Insights Director - Client Measurement, will lead the strategy, process & promote compliance for advertiser measurement at Twitch. Reporting to the Director of Sales Insights, you will grow Twitch’s measurement solutions capabilities - from the research & development of new products, auditing of existing measurement product suite and execution of client campaign measurement. We are looking for someone who can develop impactful measurement solutions to help the Twitch Sales team retain and grow business.

You Will:

  • Create the global strategy for 1st and 3rd Party industry-specific measurement for Twitch Sales and Twitch Properties
  • Use your industry expertise to develop Twitch’s POV regarding new measurement solutions, including development of new on-platform products
  • Work with Product Marketing, Client Insights and Ad Product to evaluate and onboard Sales adoption of new measurement partners
  • Partner with the Amazon 3P Measurement & Product teams to align on measurement strategies & development
  • Advise clients and our teams on the development of client learning agendas as it relates to measurement and return on campaign objectives
  • Present measurement results to clients in partnership with Sales and Client Success teams and establish insights and best practices for accounts and verticals
  • Develop framework around testing & learning for best practices to inform business and product decisions
  • Communicate measurement capabilities to the marketplace in partnership with Product Marketing team
  • Work with Sales Enablement to lead training programs and track compliance of measurement processes among essential Sales team members
  • Manage measurement vendor relationships for Twitch Sales Insights

You Have:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Statistics or other relevant field
  • 10 years experience in measurement, analytics or product roles at a research firm (Nielsen, Kantar, etc), ad agency or digital media publisher / platform
  • Mastery of media measurement tools, methodology and technical understanding from Brand Lift to Attribution
  • Strong Knowledge base of all syndicated measurement as it pertains to the advertising industry (Comscore, Nielsen, etc)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and experience in survey design & analysis
  • Experience partnering with teams from across the business and extensive project management skills
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
