About The Role

The Twitch Properties group is a portfolio of premium and specialized sponsorship assets that provides global brands the opportunity to authentically integrate and connect with the most passionate esports and gaming fans. The team is responsible for the sales process and fulfillment including, but not limited to, strategy, ideation, and execution. The primary function of the team is to generate and maximize non-media revenue across our robust portfolio, working closely with our media sales and cross-functional teams, as well as clients and agencies.

The Account Manager, Sponsor Programs for Twitch Properties will be responsible for managing a set of sponsor brands providing strategic guidance, ensuring we are hitting our milestones and sponsorship commitments and providing the best in class service to our key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagement around the sponsor investment with Twitch
  • High level of attention to each key client’s overall business, clear understanding of our sponsor’s strategy and ensure we are hitting our sponsorship commitments
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with each client
  • Work in lock-step with Client Success team, who handle day-to-day execution and fulfillment of sponsorship
  • Align with our Twitch Properties sales team on client strategy, approach and sales efforts
  • Work and engage with key teams across Twitch that are required to support partnership
  • Proactively looking to enhance the sponsor’s investment on Twitch, identifying new opportunities, as well as ways they can collaborate with other sponsors
  • Working with the client to identify key KPIs and ensure alignment on measurement approach
  • Collaborate across all teams on architecting each quarterly and annual client business review

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years customer-facing experience, interfacing with clients and driving long term strategic programs
  • Relationship builder, experience working with multiple partners, both internal and external
  • Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation process
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, nimble and highly motivated
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team player with ability to work well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, problem solving, conflict resolution and program management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Video game industry experience
  • Sponsorship sales experience
