Your Role

A true expert in your market, you work closely with your Manager as well as with Turtle Beach's European sales team. You represent the interests and the image of the company in the development of Turtle Beach brands in France while ensuring the commercial deployment and guaranteeing the objectives related to profitability and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively driving Turtle Beach's growth in your accounts by providing key direction and support to distribution and direct partners. (Travel is required on weekly basis)
  • Taking responsibility for each account in your perimeter, you will support P&L, forecasting, promotions, and ensure customer orders are placed. Working with the Supply chain team on improving the process.
  • Study and analyze your market and customer strategy in order to understand their needs.
  • Develop and set up innovative approaches to increase sales in your accounts.
  • Support your accounts (promotion setup, finance follow up, stock management)

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Graduated from a business school or equivalent (bac + 3/5 level), you master long-circuit sales and key account environments.
  • Ideally a passion for gaming, either PC or console
  • 3 to 5 years of key account management experience
  • Good knowledge of key retailers and market
  • The ability to influence, drive, challenge and motivate at all levels
  • Flexible and mobile. Hard-working and dedicated
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Mastery of Excel
