Turn 10 Studios, the creators of the top selling and critically acclaimed Forza franchise, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outsource Manager.

With the success of Forza Horizon 5, and the continued growth for the Forza Franchise, we are seeking a motivated individual to bring passion and expertise for an immediate and valuable impact. As an Outsourcing Manager, you will team up with franchise and game team leadership to execute the strategies and partnerships that enable us to deliver the content, systems, and code that bring our games to life. You will also play a pivotal role bringing scale, capacity, and subject matter expertise to our product teams, via the partnerships you form and maintain.

The ideal candidate for this position will be highly collaborative, approachable, knowledgeable of the external development landscape, and passionate about forging lasting relationships that allow us to make outstanding games.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to execute the strategy for Outsourcing & Co-development, as well as assess and report on progress against defined success metrics/business goals.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the teams engaging with outsourcing and co-development partners.
  • Develop and manage partner lists to help Turn 10 stakeholders meet high-priority game development needs across all functions.
  • Foster positive relationships with current and future external outsourcing and co-development partners.
  • Support partnership opportunities across the various stages (e.g., Strategic, Negotiate, Go-no-go), sharing insights and status updates with stakeholders.
  • Own and manage deal execution by tracking blocking issues and driving resolution, reviewing key contract terms with stakeholders, and communicating with and reporting to partners.
  • Conduct regular summits to ensure strategic alignment and identify future opportunities with existing partners.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management role.
  • Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) and proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and teams to achieve impressive results.
  • Experience driving effective stakeholder discussions, ensuring all voices are heard.
  • Utilizes empathy to understand challenges and helps teams align on solutions the reference common ground or shared goals.
  • Experience driving all stages of deal creation and execution, including tracking blocking issues and driving resolution, reviewing key contract terms with stakeholders, and communicating with and reporting to partners.
