At Turn 10 Studios, our vision is to grow Forza into the top automotive entertainment brand in the world. We are currently looking for an experienced Producer to join our Media team and help deliver visually stunning & entertaining content to support that vision. In this position, you’ll play a key role in managing the creation of world-class videos, imagery & graphics for console, PC and mobile titles such as Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon, Forza Street, as well as all other products & programs that make up the Forza franchise.

As a Media Producer, you’ll work directly with incredible artists as well as partner with cross-discipline individuals to ensure that our content not only meets Forza quality standards but also fulfills all the necessary objectives & requirements to support game announcements & launches, live events, marketing campaigns and more!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production schedules & tasks, ensuring the needs of the team are met in a timely manner
- Organize project information and supply the Creative Lead and artists with objectives & specifications
- Facilitate on-time deliveries that achieve the project requirements while maintaining Forza quality standards
- Engage with cross-discipline teams at both Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games to assist with dependencies and related support
- Communicate production status & deliverable expectations to stakeholders
- Generating regular reporting and maintain updated scoping assessments
- Provide the Lead Producer with frequent status updates for project milestones, dependencies, while also identifying risks and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with the Lead Producer to evaluate requested work, determine capacity and recommend priority assignments
- Use inclusive behaviors; ensure all voices are heard, invite input from many perspectives, resolve disagreements, and show courage while exhibiting leadership
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized creative teams through turnkey asset production (required)
- Highly proficient at simultaneously managing a large volume of concurrent projects in an organized manner with attention to detail (required)
- Experience creating processes, collaborating and driving results with internal & external cross-discipline teams (required)
- Excellent written and verbal skills: listens & communicates with empathy (required)
- Proven ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with a calm demeanor (required)
- 3+ years of experience as a Producer in game development and/or video production with a track record of exceptional performance (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with project management for CGI, video editing and/or post-production (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Excel, Shotgun, Wrike or other industry equivalent project management software (preferred)
