At Turn 10 Studios, our vision is to continue to grow Forza into the top automotive entertainment brand in the world. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Live Producer to guide development of the live experience for the next Forza Motorsport. As a Live Producer on the Motorsport team, you’ll be working directly with our cross-discipline team to define, build, operate, and grow our live experience.

We are also pragmatists, process gurus, and schedule owners. A Producer is accountable for the delivery of game experiences that delight our customers. You’ll work with engineers, designers, analysts, and artists to bring high quality experiences to life. During development, a Producer uses metrics, good process, and deep knowledge of the product to drive customer focus, team priorities, and coordinate deliverables across multiple disciplines to achieve experience goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the live service of Motorsport. Lead the development, planning, and programming of the service for our Motorsport players.
  • Apply a player-first mindset throughout the development process by reviewing player feedback and appropriately prioritizing requests in the product backlog.
  • Establish and regularly update the live product roadmap.
  • Build consensus among team leads on a common and consistent approach through our live priorities.
  • Deliver the live service that drives long term engagement and retention for Motorsport.
  • Partner with team leads to identify insights, trends, and feedback to help the team deliver great user experiences to our players.
  • Drive the in-game processes that help us understand player needs: Telemetry, A/B testing, surveys, etc.
  • Communicate the state of all live service deliverables and goals throughout development.
  • Proactively drive issue prevention, diagnosis, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders outside the immediate development team including data analysts, release management, services, and community management.
  • Use inclusive behaviors – ensure all voices are heard, be curious, invite input from many perspectives, resolve disagreements, and be brave.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience of developing, launching, and operating a live service game or product (Required).
  • Shipped at least one game title as a Producer (Required).
  • Ability to develop processes and approaches that help development teams deliver success (Required).
  • Embraces conflict resolution and is a skilled team problem solver (Required).
  • Strong analytical mind and experience working with project and customer datasets (Required).
  • Knowledge of agile development and project software tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Shotgun, or industry equivalent (Required).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills: Listen and communicate with empathy (Required).
  • Understanding of gaming culture and what makes a high-quality game (Preferred).
  • Computer Science degree and project management training (Preferred).
