Then Turn 10, the studio behind the acclaimed Forza series would love to connect with you! We are looking for a passionate, quality obsessed, technical minded leader to join us as our Director of Quality.
As the leader of the quality space, you will be responsible for building and promoting a quality mindset across the organization, working with, and supporting our internal teams to define processes, best practices, technology, and infrastructure as well as resourcing requirements to ensure the studio is equipped with a balanced and robust testing strategy. You, along with our partner teams, together, will help deliver our next genre redefining title!

Qualifications
- Five years of professional software development experience
- Experience leading large cross component teams
- Advanced understanding of QA processes
- Strong passion for software testing and automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience shipping a professional game title
- Experience with complex games systems
- Experience with writing software automation
