What you will do
- In this role, you will work closely with UX designers, developers, art directors, product owners and producers from the different Turbulent teams in order to create user-centered design solutions. You will use your talents for UX methodology and business strategy to provide our audiences with a user experience that meets the highest quality standards.
You’re Savvy in
- Communicating effectively with people. Being fluent in English is essential.
- Establishing a product design vision. You have a particular sensitivity for product strategy and business strategy.
- Deliver clear and convincing presentations to clients
- Share your ideas constructively
- Analyzing and optimizing complex business processes
You have Accomplished
- 6 years+ of experience as a UX designer
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with complex projects and sometimes shifting priorities
- Excellent knowledge of UX processes and best practices. You are constantly on the lookout for new trends in user experience.
- Strong knowledge of Axure, Sketch, Figma or equivalent
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
- Strong design thinking skills
- Mastery of Agile and Lean UX methodologies
- Experience in the video game industry; an asset

- Collecting user requirements, creating user flows and designing ergonomic prototypes that meet the highest principles of cognitive psychology
