TSM is a world-recognized leader in esports with multiple top-ranked competitive teams, including the most notable League of Legends team who has won 7 LCS Championships, more than any other organization (check out tsm.gg).

Originally founded in 2009 by Andy Dinh and Dan Dinh, we now have 16+ competitive teams in addition to League of Legends, including Fortnite, Valorant, Apex, Rainbow 6 and more. We also have one of the largest networks of streamers on Twitch.tv (Subsid. Amazon) including ImperialHal and Hikaru.

In 2020, TSM opened our first performance center in Playa Vista, CA that operates as our central hub and headquarters. Most recently, TSM landed the largest partnership deal in esports history with FTX.

Overview

You will have a key voice in producing compelling stories that are both entertaining and authentic to TSM’s brand and fans. We are looking for a highly creative individual who is able to create (shoot and edit) and tell a compelling story.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assign pitches to creatives
  • Manage various video and non-video projects
  • Coordinate, and oversee production
  • Review and offer creative input on work-in-progresses that are in line with its entertainment value
  • QC videos before they debut on YouTube
  • Brainstorm video strategies
  • Track video assets with various departments: Thumbnails, captions, gifs, social assets, etc
  • Seek out and overwatch freelancers
  • Maintain deadlines
  • Manage deliverables and communicate issues to clients
  • Clearly communicate assignments/ feedback to editors and artists
  • Proactive in identifying and solving key production problems that arise
  • Organize daily department logistics
  • Assist with gathering analytical research on videos
  • On set producing, if needed

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • Agency experience preferred
  • 3+ years of full-time producing
  • Examples of understanding youtube and gaming videos
  • Intimate knowledge of 1 of 4 games mentioned above
  • 2x Recommendations from industry professionals
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe post-production (Premiere, AE, color-correction)
  • Familiar with various codecs, luts, standard post processes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
