We are seeking a Player Manager to join our Esports team for a full time, on-site position. You will be working with our players and streamers in both established and upcoming titles with their day-to-day operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Partnerships team and act as a liaison between the organization and talent. To accomplish this, you will need to have strong written and communication skills, excellent organizational and leadership qualities, and a key focus on establishing and improving process.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations as needed
  • Coordinate content production surrounding the players
  • Organize social media and other branding initiatives
  • Oversee and educate on sponsored content and campaigns
  • Interface with tournament organizers to maintain competitive standards
  • Arrange travel logistics for players
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a relevant gaming industry role
  • General knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience Microsoft Office, Google Apps, social media and streaming platforms
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic technology issues
  • Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
  • Ability to travel around the world for events
