We are seeking a Player Manager to join our Esports team for a full time, on-site position. You will be working with our players and streamers in both established and upcoming titles with their day-to-day operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Partnerships team and act as a liaison between the organization and talent. To accomplish this, you will need to have strong written and communication skills, excellent organizational and leadership qualities, and a key focus on establishing and improving process.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the day-to-day operations as needed
Coordinate content production surrounding the players
Organize social media and other branding initiatives
Oversee and educate on sponsored content and campaigns
Interface with tournament organizers to maintain competitive standards
Arrange travel logistics for players
Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as needed

Requirements

1+ years experience in a relevant gaming industry role
General knowledge of the industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience Microsoft Office, Google Apps, social media and streaming platforms
Experience in troubleshooting basic technology issues
Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
Ability to travel around the world for events
