Overview

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Office Assistant who's ready to hit the ground running. You will tackle multiple tasks, projects, and day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced work environment. You will coordinate daily office operations and show initiative when ad-hoc project opportunities arise. The ideal candidate has impeccable organizational skills with solid attention to detail and adapts well to change.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manages the front desk, greets visitors and answers the phone
  • Oversee general office tasks (e.g. mailing, filing, vendor management, etc.)
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory of equipment
  • Monitor office operations & respond to employee inquiries on office matters
  • Opening and sorting all office mail
  • Help plan and execute Company events, (e.g. employee birthdays, office lunches, holiday parties, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office
  • Assist with travel arrangements as needed for staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role providing general office support
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and be comfortable interacting at all levels of the business
  • Able to solve problems autonomously, knowing when to ask for help when issues arise
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Have a strong work ethic and love being the one to make things run smoothly
  • Team player who can roll up their sleeves to help out where needed
