Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Sales Strategy and Insights, the Global Sales Planner will be a key addition to the TSM sales and partnership solutions teams responsible for managing all internal sales support processes within the TSM and Blitz verticals. This role assists in building sponsorship and media packages, working cross-functionally across various internal stakeholders to ensure inventory, assets, and pricing are all aligned. This position will help gather, create, and manage various sales documents and presentations for internal teams in our partner and brand presentation process.

You have a love for sports/esports and media and have a desire to be a part of a fast growing environment in the world of esports. You have an ability to work with brands, and a strong passion for building sales presentation material.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build sponsorship packages and presentations for sales and partnerships solutions teams across TSM, Blitz, and 3rd party sales organizations
  • Manage pre sales processes of digital campaigns across Blitz owned and operated properties including building media plans, checking availability, and communicating with prospective clients
  • Manage post sales processes of digital campaigns including trafficking orders for display and video, pacing and optimizing campaigns, and completing any post campaign recap decks and reporting materials
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders across various teams, specifically for Blitz direct assets, and effectively communicate required timelines of product launches, action items, and deadlines
  • Participate in partner and brand conversations in efforts to help build best in class sales presentations and corresponding scorecards
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects
  • Ability to bring plans and strategies to life in presentation form in efforts to developing new business and revenue across sales and sponsorship solutions departments
  • Understanding of sponsorship and digital sales process and landscape
  • Collaborate with organizational departments- sales, partnerships solutions, product (esports), content, digital, marketing, design, and research teams to deliver presentations for current and potential partners
  • Will be a key player in the revenue growth of TSM and Blitz organizations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales planning with an understanding of media planning and ad trafficking
  • Experienced with the use of Google Ad Manager to set up and revise orders, as well as check available inventory and pulling reporting
  • Strategic thinker, self starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deep understanding of the sports and media landscape
  • Understanding of competitive esports, gaming, influencer landscape is preferred, with an ability to navigate an industry that is constantly evolving
  • Resourceful and independent professional who can handle managing multiple projects at one time
  • Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, start up environment to help our growing business
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
  • Extremely organized with the ability to stay on top of deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with social platforms and their performance metrics (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design and planning platforms (Powerpoint, Google Suites-sheets/slides, etc.)
  • Account management, sales, or agency experience a plus
  • Los Angeles based preferred
