QUEST
- You develop the brand marketing strategy in collaboration with the Game Director and Product Manager for the cross-platform game Rail Nation
- You create strategic blueprints, manage and monitor campaigns with other marketing experts
- You are the branding expert and guardian of the game positioning aswell as the brand and style guides
- You determine marketing opportunities, define relevant, new & existing marketing channels, and identify touchpoints
- You research market potential, define market-optimized target groups, identify core messaging approaches
- You collaborate closely with all marketing departments as well as the development team and mediate between the departments
- You are responsible to plan and control product-specific marketing budgets
- You analyze KPIs from the data warehouse and report to Marketing stakeholders and the Game Director
- You manage and coordinate external and internal agencies and service providers
SKILLS
- You are a gamer who can demonstrate passion and commitment for the game and its players
- You have successfully completed studies specializing in marketing or comparable training or experiences
- You already have profound professional experience in online and mobile marketing (experience in the gaming industry is a plus)
- You have an analytical and conceptual mindset coupled with practical strengths in execution and communication
- You believe in getting things done and embody a start-up spirit
- You are a confident negotiator at various stages through to closing contracts
- You have a broad understanding of quantitative analyses such as surveys or A/B tests
- You have a distinct customer and solution focus, and are a communicative team player
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills and are comfortable to speak in public
