QUEST

  • You are responsible for managing the existing advertising setup and for optimizing the ad revenue streams in our games globally on desktop, mobile and client
  • You analyze and report on ongoing Ad Monetization activities as well as monitor and optimize the in-game advertising features (Ad Revenue, eCPM, Impressions, CTR, VTR, Fillrates, …)
  • You navigate various advertising tools and dashboards to ensure proper delivery of ads, maximize ad revenues and block unwanted ads
  • You coordinate the design and conception of (new) advertising spaces, taking over the project management from idea through to execution
  • You closely work and synchronize with other departments like developers, product management, marketing, tech services to maintain or to add advertising formats and to ensure smooth delivery of advertising
  • You acquire and further expand the worldwide ad partner network – as well as evaluating new potential ad tech solutions
  • You are an Ad Monetization evangelist in the company and propagate the opportunities and promises of this exciting field

SKILLS

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar education
  • You have several years of experience in the field of Ad Monetization or Ad Tech
  • You have a good knowledge of the digital industry – especially with different advertising models (CPC, CPV, CPM, etc.) and different advertising formats (display ads, rewarded video ads, offerwall, mobile ads, etc.)
  • You have an analytical and conceptual mindset coupled with practical execution skills
  • You are a proactive, positive, and communicative team player with a high motivation as well as distinct customer service
  • You are experienced with MS Office products (Excel / Powerpoint / Word) – experience in Adobe products (e.g. Photoshop) is a plus
  • You have excellent writing and speaking proficiency in German and English
