As the lead producer, you will work at the centre of an amazing multi-discipline team to create and run our first game. The ideal candidate has experience running live games, delivering high quality updates and empowering and supporting incredibly talented and skilled people to be the best version of themselves every day.
The role is incredibly varied and the lead producer moves from hands-on work and being deep in the weeds with the team to stepping up and talking to senior stakeholders and making big strategic decisions. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, level headed and kind individual who is at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive operations for Love & Pies, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality player experience.
- Oversee the production of features, and related projects including building roadmaps, handling resourcing and managing priorities
- Work closely with your game team partners to identify improvements in existing processes and/or to craft new processes to efficiently produce high quality work on time and on budget.
- Be the glue between the team members, facilitate communication, ensure that everyone has all the information they need, don’t let anything fall between the cracks
- Manage outsourcing partners, vendors and any other partnerships that are required to continuously deliver the best possible player experience
Requirements:

- 7+ years of game production experience across multiple game titles (Mobile or Web), and experience running live operations and solving complex problems for a large scale game
- Extraordinary team skills with a collaborative work style, and an interest in being hands-on with all game development disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams to efficiently deliver high-quality features and experiences on time and on budget
- Fantastic communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude, with the ability to multitask
- Can leave ego at home to focus on creating the best games with the best teams
- Is passionate and excited and wants to have a real impact
