Are you looking for invaluable experience in eSports? If so, the Topgolf eSports Program Contractor is the position for you!

Working with the Director of Ops Programs, the eSports Contractor (EC) will build, implement, and scale eSports programs at Topgolf. The EC will work towards (1) increasing revenue and audience/visits tied to eSports at Topgolf, (2) implementing pay-to-play and watch tournament tests at Topgolf, and (3) serve as an operational liaison to partners who approach Topgolf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on strategies that generate large audiences and/or revenue through eSports at Topgolf
  • Test pay to play events in eSports spaces
  • Execute operations of eSports related events booked through partnerships
  • Ensure a positive brand essence conveyed to all participants in the eSports space
  • Represent Topgolf at large-scale events, such as eSports tournaments

Key Qualifications

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • Extensive experience in participating or hosting eSports events
  • Avid eSports tournament participant
  • Understanding of the eSports environment and games, with a desire to work in the eSports industry longer term

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to work from Topgolf Dallas Office on a full-time basis for 60-90 days
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
  • Proven ability to put on a large-scale event preferred
  • Organized, with some background in leading others on campus or through extracurriculars
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive
  • Proficiency with communicating effectively with others using ???
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to Topgolf policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
