TOKIGAMES is a B2B "Gamification Software as a Service" provider that innovates, develops, and provides white-label 'Games' as an 'Audience Marketing & Engagement Solution' ("G.A.M.E.S.") to both endemic and non-endemic sports/esports stakeholders.

We believe that spectating sports/esports ought to be an interactive, engaging and empowering experience that converts the passive spectator into an active audience by enabling fans to participate, and to feel included and involved, in the epic moments during the course of a live match.

Our approach, through our G.A.M.E.S., is to "Gamify Audience Spectatorship and Consumption" to enable stakeholders to better connect, activate, engage, grow, and monetize their audiences through an authentic and meaningful consumption experience.

In practical terms, our G.A.M.E.S. are provided via an experiential platform (desktop/mobile), which is developed with our patented proprietary gamification software, that is "white-labeled" specifically for our clients.

The core feature of the platform is a "Game-Augmented Spectating Application" where users will be able to participate in contests and engage in interactive gameplay during a live sports/esports match.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a brand and visual designer who has a unique blend of creative vision and business sense to create novel and impressive campaigns that are relevant to our target audience and stakeholders. Someone who thinks and thrives out of the box, is a source of inspiration, and who challenges the norms to provoke a reaction.

You will be responsible for identifying user needs, interpreting client requirements, and developing concepts that unify our brand with our services. This involves collaborating and aligning the creative vision of the brand while working closely with the marketing and business development departments to conceptualize, strategize, and execute campaigns.

You are someone who thinks and thrives out of the box, is a source of creative inspiration, and who challenges the norms to provoke a reaction. You should also have a portfolio of successful campaigns, experience in working with a wide array of client profiles, and is passionate about the gaming/esports/sports industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with products, marketing, and technology teams to ensure the project meets creative, strategy, and project objectives
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
  • Design mood boards, concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards
  • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently, and give design feedback
  • Understand brand strategy and the dynamics of assigned brands, including the critical processes that drive them and the key players involved. Translate or extend the brand identity to our offerings.
  • Understand Visual Design as a discipline and a practice
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative tools
  • 1-3 years of design experience, preferably 1+ year in a senior role in a design agency
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the Visual design
