What you'll be doing
You'll be a Toca Boca advocate, the first contact our prospective co-workers have with us. This means you will represent everything we stand for, first and foremost - the Power of Play. You'll also represent our sister studio NOID.
Apart from the ordinary daily tasks of a recruiter you will also be in charge of long term projects related to Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding and Candidate Experience. You'll find ways that we can improve our recruitment processes, and keep on educating the organisation on all things recruitment.
You'll be part of the People Operations Team, POPS where you'll be the one to make sure we attract the best people, bringing on the right skills needed to make sure Toca Boca stays a competitive game studio and attractive employer.
Skills & Requirements
Is this you?
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience recruiting a broad variety of roles from Game Designer and Artists to Programmers and Marketing experts. You have experience dealing with having to source for that hard to find specialist as well as high volumes of applications.
You have the ability to coach Hiring Managers and their teams through the recruitment process, challenging them to look at things in new ways.
You're a good writer and storyteller. You can write kick-ass ads and Employer Branding-content.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we're an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
