Would you like to lead the production of the very first multiplayer venture we have ever created?

As a Lead Producer here at Toca Boca you will lead a growing team in delivering our most ambitious project ever - a friendly multiplayer world for children where they can feel safe, creative and be able to express themselves.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the core project leadership team you will lead the creation and delivery of the entire project. And since this is our first real-time multiplayer experience you will also champion online game development at the studio as a whole.

You will lead the team in making sure the game is fun for kids through regular kids’ testing and by delivering features that are relevant and exciting to our audience. You will take us through alpha, beta, soft launch and beyond. Once launched you will set the roadmap to expand the experience, run live operations and deliver features that take us towards our product goals.

You will work closely with the development support teams to set up goals, roadmaps and processes for collaboration from scratch in order to ensure continued success.

You will have your mind and brain firmly planted in the future and take responsibility for the long term project planning and delivery. But you won’t be alone! You will work closely with the project’s other producer Andrea to improve team processes, validate milestone planning and… Actually, we don’t need to tell you about that - you are an experienced producer after all.

Is this you?

You are an experienced producer who has shipped and maintained at least one multiplayer game in the capacity of Lead Producer which means you have an understanding of multiplayer games, infrastructure, team setup and live operations.

You have the ability to empathise with our target audience and understand the kids’ perspective. You believe in the power of play.

Good to know

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
