We are looking for an enthusiastic, agile, proactive and highly organised Workplace & Culture Manager to support our community at Tilting Point Barcelona.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide invaluable assistance in various fields, including office management, orchestrating social activities as well as helping in other areas. Your future at Tilting Point

  • Coordinate the Barcelona office by providing excellent workplace experience aligned and contributing with our global standards.
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, maintenance, and procurement ensuring all stocking, inventory and invoicing needs.
  • Create, maintain and develop workplace guidelines, projects and metrics to benefit facilities’ workflow, with a focus for efficient, green, socially responsible and inclusive spaces.
  • Lead the community’s culture and day-to-day engagement strategy by providing resourceful ideas, tools, initiatives, and creativity for in-office and remote employees alike.
  • Partner with other offices for global initiatives, events and strategy alignment.
  • With the support of the People Team, lead, manage and execute company and office events, celebrations, birthdays, and meetings.
  • Be the office space ambassador. Assist local & remote Tilting Pointers and other visitors in the use and navigation of the office, access and spaces.
  • Cooperate with the IT and People team in company logistics and infrastructure, including onboardings.
  • Champion local financial procedures in coordination with the global Finance team.
  • Lead company’s OH&S protocols according to legislation.
  • Support with the office growth, build-out, and always-changing layout needs.

Your XP & Skills

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Office & Workplace Management, Events, People or similar.
  • You have excellent communication skills (in English, Spanish and Catalan).
  • You have excellent prioritization skills
  • You are proactive, self-driven, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • You are tech savvy: not an expert but hands-on and willing to try and learn.
  • You are innovative, highly creative, problem-solving and constantly looking for ways to improve our workplace and culture to align with our core values.
  • You have a positive attitude, ideas given and are a team player.
  • You are open, emphatic and feedback minded (receiving and giving), and people, and detail oriented
  • You are available to work in-office on a regular basis.

Nice to have

  • Passion for making offices greener and environmentally efficient.
  • Familiarised with online tools, resources, initiatives and games for community dynamization.
  • Experience in distributed location teams.
  • Basic Finance 101 Knowledge.
