Tilting Point is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will be in charge of all HR activities for our Kyiv office including recruiting. You will play a key role in the organization, ensuring that Tilting Point attracts and retains the most talented people on the market.

Your Future at Tilting Point

Recruiting

  • Search proactively for top talent
  • Conduct initial talks with candidates
  • Organize interviews with hiring managers and tests
  • Develop Tilting Point employer's brand in Ukraine
  • Keep recruitment stats and collect data about the market
  • Represent Tilting Point at Game Industry Events

HR

  • Propose and implement solutions to keep employee satisfaction at the highest
  • Ensure we have efficient HR processes and policies (onboarding, 1:1, performance approval…)
  • Develop healthy and entertaining working environment
  • Organize events and training
  • Be the contact point with accounting firm for payroll services
  • Help employees or visitors with travel arrangement
  • Buy needed equipment and supplies for employees, and maintain a comfy environment
  • Monitor HR metrics evolution

Your XP & Skills

  • Fluent English (upper-intermediate at least) and strong communication skills
  • 2-5 years experience in HR/Recruiting or Office Management
  • Open and energetic personality
  • Attention to details and self-discipline
  • Experience in gaming industry is a big plus
