This position will allow you to work with best-in-class games and challenging projects, develop your marketing and analytical skills, gain valuable experience, and have a direct impact on the success of our games and apps.
Your Future at Tilting Point:
- Lead the ideation and execution of enhancing the overall gaming experience in terms of agility, efficiency, and quality;
- Optimize LTV to maximize ROI;
- Track effectiveness of different initiatives to senior management;
- Capable of running A/B test through their entire lifecycle;
- Working with product managers and analysts to monitor and report on the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on KPIs and game health;
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to developers to enhance their software;
- Develop the best practices playbook;
- Communicate best practices with developers;
- Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player and admin needs. The product roadmap includes waterfall management, merchandising, in-game personalization, and more!
Your XP & Skills:
- Strong interest in mobile games;
- Quantitative skills, with a minimum of 2+ years experience, preferably in consulting, finance, or games. You’ll need to work to identify what matters from what doesn’t and prioritize your time accordingly (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker);
- Proven ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes;
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble.
