Responsibilities

  • An agile creative thinker capable of translating any mobile game materials into sophisticated and clear videos or interactive creatives.
  • Convert marketing research insights to scale campaigns and measure performance to deliver the best next creative to run on TikTok platforms.
  • Design top of the line, innovative and TikTok look and style video creatives.
  • Lead the creative thinking for our clients.
  • Tackle marketing puzzles from visual, verbal and design perspectives and translate and apply them into a storyline.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with developers, game designers, marketing and other creative related channels.
  • Reach for the sky!- make sure gaming users and non-gaming users react every time they see one of your creatives.
  • Create amazing Video Ads.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • Past or current experience in Gaming, Advertising or anything around ads creative design focusing on Games.
  • Proven experience of working with talented creators (video editors, designers, game developers).
  • Has a wide experience in user acquisition, marketing, advertising, video editing, games and non games apps- Casual, Hyper Casual is a huge advantage.
  • Able implements the overarching creative direction, cross teams cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
  • HTML 5.
  • Knowledge about Playable Ads.
