Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy and lead creator acquisition strategies to onboard creators across Gaming category & community onto TikTok.
  • Research, identify and initiate potential partnership opportunities based on content and business needs.
  • Manage relationships with institutions, MCNs, agencies and communities to onboard creators to TikTok.
  • Track and analyze performance of creator acquisition strategies including number of creators on-boarded, video creation and audience growth.
  • Unearth creator insights from creator acquisition efforts that can be used by internal teams to drive community growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve creator relationship and drive strategic community growth.
  • Solicit, organize and contextualize feedback from creators.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years experience working with communities, creators, talent management companies / agencies etc.
  • Solid experience in onboarding creators and creating communities.
  • Deep understanding of the online creator landscape and/or experience as a TikTok creator, with a passion for finding high potential creators.
  • Excellent written, verbal and professional communication skills.
  • Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • A team player who is accountable, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficient in English communication.
